DRAFT – under legal review

Privacy policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

This website is built so that we learn as little as possible about you. There is no tracking, there are no cookies and there are no third-party services. This policy explains the little that remains, as required by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors from the EU/EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Controller

Robotic Ledger AG
Sumpfstrasse 26

Switzerland

2. What this website does not do

  • It sets no cookies.
  • It uses no analytics and no tracking of any kind. We do not measure individual visits, and we do not profile visitors.
  • It loads nothing from third parties: no external scripts, fonts, embeds or images. Everything your browser loads comes from our own domain.
  • It stores no data in your browser (no local storage, no session storage).
  • It has no contact form at present. To reach us, write an email or send a postcard.

3. Server logs

Our hosting provider, Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland, with data centres in Switzerland), records technical access data when you load a page, as every web server does. This includes:

  • the IP address of your device,
  • date and time of the request,
  • the requested page,
  • the browser identifier (user agent),
  • the referring page, if your browser sends one.

These logs are needed to operate the website securely, to detect misuse and to diagnose technical faults (our legitimate interest under Art. 31 FADP and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are kept for N days – confirm Infomaniak’s log retention for the hosting plan and then deleted. We do not combine them with other data and do not use them to identify or profile visitors. Infomaniak may show us aggregated access statistics derived from these logs (for example the number of page views per day); these statistics contain no personal data.

4. Email

If you write to humans@accmics.ch, we process your email address, your name if you provide it, and the content of your message in order to reply to you and to handle your request (Art. 31 FADP; Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Emails are kept as long as necessary for the correspondence and for any business relationship that follows, and then deleted. Mail provider and retention period to fill.

5. No disclosure abroad

Your data is processed in Switzerland. We do not transfer personal data to other countries and do not share it with third parties, except where we are legally obliged to do so.

6. Your rights

Under the FADP, and under the GDPR where it applies, you have the right to:

  • obtain information about the personal data we hold about you (right of access),
  • have inaccurate data corrected,
  • have your data deleted,
  • object to the processing of your data,
  • receive the data you provided to us in a common electronic format (data portability).

To exercise these rights, write to humans@accmics.ch. We may ask you to prove your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland or, if you are in the EU/EEA, with the supervisory authority of your country.

7. Changes

We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The current version is always published here, with the date of the last update at the top.
